Milk chocolate: cocoa solids: 33.5 % minimum. Milk chocolate with caramel: cocoa solids: 31.7 % minimum. Ruby chocolate: cocoa solids: 40.3 % minimum. Dark chocolate: cocoa solids: 54.1 % minimum.
